Ven. Thích Quang Trí (Brother Wisdom) is a Buddhist Monk at the Phuoc Hue Buddhist Temple of San Antonio. San Antonio being home since 2006, Ven. Quang Trí has served the San Antonio veterans, homeless, and interfaith community since then and aspires to help build a better, stronger, and safer city.
Bob Kerr
Executive Director & Co-Founder
Bob Kerr was born in Alturas California. He enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and attended recruit training at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego in January 2012. Upon completion of training, he served for 5 years as an aviation support equipment technician and support equipment program manager.
Cynthia Fox
Executive Director & Co-Founder
Cynthia Fox is a Jackie of all trades! She has been a paralegal for almost 30 years, owns her own handyman business, and has worked in fields like insurance, sales, and management.

Ven. Quang Trí has a Bachelor’s in Communication from UTSA and a Master’s from the University of Denver, and has worked in Data and Research Analytics for nearly 10 years in the retail and financial fields.
When not tending to the mini zoo of animals at Phuoc Hue Temple, Ven. Quang Trí has written several books, including his latest Meditations: Aspirations & Reflections for a Happier Life, and teaches Dharma and Meditation classes at the temple.

Bob Kerr
Bob Kerr was born in Alturas California. He enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and attended recruit training at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego in January 2012. Upon completion of training, he served for 5 years as an aviation support equipment technician and support equipment program manager.
After being honorably discharged at the rank of Sergeant, Bob Kerr moved back to Ukiah where he began his college education at Mendocino Community college and worked for UPS as a package sorter before quickly being promoted to evening shift supervisor.
During the California wildfires of 2018, Bob Kerr and his family moved to San Antonio, where he attended Northwest Vista and UTSA. In 2021 he graduated with a Bachelors in Management Science and an undergraduate certificate in Supply Chain and Operations Management.
Bob Kerr married in 2013 and has two incredible children.
He is most passionate in social improvement through private involvement. He has volunteered through Big Brothers Big Sisters as a Big Mentor since 2018 and as a fundraiser. He has also provided canine therapy to children with fear of dogs.

When she’s not working in the court room, running her business, or checking on her rental properties, Cynthia enjoys coin collecting and raising Great Danes for adoption. Cynthia is free spirited, energetic, and always willing to help whenever and however she can, and is dedicated to enriching the lives of the people in our community.
